August can be a quieter month for Real Estate as a lot of Torontonians take the last few weeks of summer to go on vacation, head north to the cottage or just hang around the city and enjoy everything Toronto has to offer.
It’s not until family and friends visit from other places that we all appreciate our city more. We want to entertain them and show them the sites and then we realize just how much there is to see and do here!
From incredible cultural events to our fantastic shoreline biking trails, oh so many restaurants and cafes and, now that Louie is a “Doggy Dad”, dog parks galore!!!!
It’s true that it can be super challenging this time of year (well, any time of the year, really) to get around downtown with all the construction, but you know, our Transit system will get you just about anywhere, no parking required and our city really is quite walkable!!

For Louie and I , August has included family time for both of us as well as some exploration of Toronto, probably too many Gelatos (is there really such a thing 🙂 ) and wonderful meetups with clients in and around the city.
We have also been busy prepping 3 new listings we have coming onto the market very soon.
