When you live in a great city like Toronto and you’ve got a puppy you’ve got to know some of the Off-Leash Dog Parks are!

There are lots of wonderful dog parks and Off-Leash Dog Parks all over our fab city and our hope by sharing the parks we find is that you and your furry friends find a great place to run and hopefully make some new friends.
1) Sunnybrook Park
The main entrance for Sunnybrook Park is located near the north west intersection of Leslie Street and Eglinton Avenue.
This place is much more than a dog park. It has several sports fields, walking and cycling trails and until quite recently an active stable.
2) Riverdale Park West
Located at 500 Gerrard Street East. There are Washrooms and change rooms that are open in the summer and it’s overall a great off leash dog park.
Do be aware that cyclists have been known to speed through here especially around the bend at the bottom near the staircase
3) Sherwood Park
190 Sherwood Avenue. Free parking is available at the front of the park, near the main entrance on Sherwood Street east of Mount Pleasant Avenue.
Located in the lush valley of Sherwood Park, this picturesque wooded park has two wading pools, great walking or running trails, public bathrooms, picnic tables, and a large playground.
4) Cherry Beach
At the foot of Cherry street, on the north shore of the Outer Harbour.
This park features an off-leash area, there is ample parking and it is located on the Martin Goodman Trail. There is also a convenient TTC bus service during the summer.
