After spending last the last couple of weeks painting and staging this home with our clients, we put it up for sale.
The FOR SALE officially went up on Wednesday and the property was ON The Market.
In just a few hours we had so many showings and ended up with 4 different people Bidding on their Dream Home!
All the agents, ourselves included, negotiated hard and one lucky couple with their dedicated agent were Successful!!
So, just 24 hours after installing the FOR SALE sign, we had to change it to SOLD!
